    Once we open, our regular tasting rooms hours will be:

    • Thursday - Friday: 2:00 PM - 9:30PM

    • Saturday: 11:00 AM - 9:30 PM

    • Sunday: 1:00 PM - 6:00 PM

    We may occasionally adjust our hours to celebrate holidays and special events. Follow us on social media for the latest updates and announcements.

  • Reservations are not required for regular tastings. Walk-ins for guided wine tastings are always welcome when space is available. For large groups or private events, we recommend contacting us in advance.

  • Yes. Guests are welcome to enjoy our outdoor seating overlooking the vineyard while taking in the wide-open landscape of the Texas Panhandle.

  • Friendly, well-behaved dogs are welcome in our outdoor seating areas while on a leash. Service animals are welcome throughout the property in accordance with ADA guidelines.

  • Yes. Families are welcome at Sod Cellars. We offer non-alcoholic beverages so everyone can enjoy time together at the vineyard. Guests under 21 may not consume alcohol.

  • Sod Cellars is a vineyard & winery owned by the Graff family in Dalhart, Texas, dedicated to crafting expressive, small-lot Texas wines.

    Our name comes from the living layer of prairie grasses whose roots form the thick sod of the Great Plains. Our name reflects our connection to the land and the history that shaped the region.

  • Yes. Every Sod Cellars wine is crafted exclusively from 100% Texas-grown fruit. We partner with outstanding growers while continuing to expand our own family vineyard.

  • The first release of our wine club will be fall 2026. Join our mailing list to be notified of wine club developments.
